YesYouCan held a baking demonstration in India last 27 February, 2020. The presentation was held in JW Marriott Hotel in India with Chef Sebastian Simon leading the event.
Chef Sebastian Simon is an executive chef with over 23 years of experience in hotels and clubs. He is currently a culinary instructor and industry assessor in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. He also owns Lava Salt Consultancy, a boutique consulting firm offering food consulting services, hand-made artisan salts, and personalised chef services.
Together with Australian Minister for Jobs, Investment, Tourism Stuart Ayres, Chef Sebastian showed the audience how easy it is to bake with YesYouCan gluten free baking mixes.
From gluten free cupcakes, breads, to pizzas, the audience who are mostly mums learned about YesYouCan products and how to elevate them with other ingredients and good presentation.
