FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides; Disaccharides; Monosaccharides; and Polyols. These are the chemical names of several sugars that are poorly absorbed in the small intestine.
A great selection of our products are identified to be low FODMAP*. Please see allergy statement table below to find which ones are.

Our Artisan Recipes provide a good source of fibre, a nutrient that is often lacking in a gluten free diet. Fibre helps to regulate the digestive system, lower cholesterol and maintain healthy blood sugar levels. The increased fibre in the Artisan Recipes comes from the supergrains, real fruit, apple fibre and coconut flour. *Meets FSANZ Food Standards Code 1.2.7

We use at least 25% less sugar than similar products. All our Artisan Recipes use unrefined rapadura sugar. Made by evaporating raw cane juice it is the only form of sugar that isn't heated and separated from the molasses, so it keeps more nutrients, vitamins, minerals and has an exquisite caramel taste and a deep golden colour.
