I opened up their Classic packaging and unsealed the cupcake mix, it has a really lovely and aromatic smell of vanilla and the cupcake mixture is fine textured. Very straightforward and so easy to prepare, merely by following the instructions clearly stated on the back of the packaging. Preparation time is 10 minutes and baking time is 25 minutes. During the baking process, my house was filled with the creamy and mouth-watering scent of vanilla. The cupcakes batter raised well and did not collapse when removed from the oven to cool.

I have Menieres Disease and have to follow a very low sodium diet. So fabulous to find “normal food” that is delicious! So far have tried Apple & Cinnamon Muffin Mix and Blueberry Pancakes. Both were fabulous. Just shows what can be done if manufacturers try! Will be back to supermarket for more!

I stumbled upon their products in Bangkok & bought a lot on my trip to Australia last year. I loved the bread mixes, it’s really easy & tasted great. I also loved other cake mixes but not so much the pizza crusts which was rather stiff. The cake mixes are not as sweet as American mixes thanks God. Overall, it’s an awesome line of products!

The vanilla cupcakes are amazing. I used eggnog in place of the water in both the mix and the frosting for a festive flavor. So moist and tasty. Nobody could tell they were gluten free. The best banana bread and cupcakes handsdown. I am hoping I can purchase more here in the US.

A friend of mine gave me a box of the vanilla cupcakes to try. I used Earth Balance instead of margarine. They came out moist, fluffy and had no strange consistency or aftertaste! This is the best GF/DF mix I've had. The cupcakes tasted just as good as regular cupcakes (from what I remember...). My non-dietary-restricted husband agreed. My only comment would be that I felt the icing was a little too sweet. Where can we get these mixes in the US???

Wow! What an absolutely fabulous bread! I am Coeliac and have been trying soooo many brands since being diagnosed 8 years ago, both in box form premixes and store bought GF breads and this is just wow! I got a box in a set of 8 different mixes yesterday from a Grab One purchase and tried it straight away. It turned out beautiful and soft and spongy and has remained like that even this morning! Normally GF breads are good when eaten just baked and then they go hard and dry and certainly cannot be eaten unless toasted! Thank you for this and I cannot wait to try the other products that I have got.

Because I'm gluten intolerant, I hardly eat bread any more unless I make it myself. I have just had the last two pieces of bread from the Multi grain loaf that I baked last Tuesday. Delicious. And so easy to bake.

It is so easy to prepare and produces best GF bread that I have found. I sometimes add dried fruit , mixed spice and a little sugar to make a fruit loaf, which is also delicious. Here is my creation from 'yes you can' chocolate and orange cake. It's light and fluffy, tastes just like a Jaffa! I seriously loved it, can't tell its gluten free. A little more orange oil and some chocolate chips in the mix wouldn't go astray to make it that little bit more moist! I used the icing as a dipping sauce and it's wonderful! 

Hi there, I just wanted to take a moment out of my da to hopefully brighten yours by telling you how much i love your cake mixes! I've always loved to bake and I prefer to bake from scratch so I'm usually hesitant to try cake mixes but after some health issues in recent years I've had to go gluten free and GF baking can be tedious (and expensive) with all the different ingredients. So I've recently tied a few different GF cake mixes but I was lown away by yours! It was packed full of delicious flavour and didn't leave that awful fake taste in my mouth that most cake mixes have. So I just wanted to say thank you for providing such a wonderful product and for putting the joy back into my baking :)

Since being diagnosed as gluten intolerant I have tried most of the (expensive) commercially produced brands of bread. Your Multi Grain mix beats all of these hands down. Straight to the point - your gluten free Banana Bread is AMAZING!! I purchased the mix over a year+ ago and have had it sitting in my pantry since, reluctant to bake it as I’ve tried many dud brands before. After moving house I noticed the expiry was nearing, so decided to finally make it, haha. And I must say, it exceeded well beyond imaginable. Firstly, the smell was so fabulous and whoffed through my house tingling my sense of smell.. It cooked perfectly golden brown, it sliced and held up firmly, it was soft & moist, tasted as good as my homemade banana bread (if not better, lol) and delicious eaten warm straight from the oven with a dab of butter. Not needing to toast it at all was also a bonus. (I added a little more water and cooked at slightly lower temperature for longer - perfect!). The only thing is it’s dangerously difficult to only have one slice, lol. I’m pretty sure my diet is not happy with me today (as I ate HALF in one going-back-for-more sitting!! :-\) Thank you

Hi. My toddler is allergic to wheat & we have been modifying family recipes to accommodate her allergy quite successfully with the exception of a few small things...bread rolls, dumplings on casseroles & bread sticks (things I use to make a lot but don't work so well with GF flour)...the SAVOURY BITES mix has solved this problem!The mix makes great bread rolls (we put cheese & bacon on top to make them like the ones she used to love from the supermarket), bread sticks (added sesame seeds to top) & tested the mix with two small dumplings on a big Irish stew...all worked beautifully!!!!!Next week I'll be ordering the 5kg mix from the online store so I can make these more regularly!

May I say what a wonderful surprise I received when I made up your Multigrain Gluten Free Bread Mix. It was so delicious I was unable to stop cutting into it while warm –smothering it in butter and jam and eating it slice after slice!! I just couldn’t stop myself – mind you it was a good year since I had last eaten any bread. I see you have other gluten free products which I haven’t tried as yet in case they are equally delicious and I cannot exercise same constraint. I did want you to know how much I enjoyed the product though I only have a handheld set of beaters which move quite difficult during the mixing phase but I would make the mix again the same way, as I managed the first time. I have just finished my first multi grain gluten free bread. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten free bread with all the grains in I have missed so much. I used to make my own bread for years from fresh ground wheat I made myself but alas I ended up as gluten intolerant after having insulin dependent diabetes for years as well . I tried every bread and recipe I could but they all tasted horrible and went stale or mouldy within three days and if I froze it, then defrosted it , it soon smelt most peculiar. Then I found your bread quite by chance in a little shop in our country town. What a blessing. Three days later it was still perfectly usable. It made great sandwiches and toast. As close to normal bread as I think one can get on gluten free with the incredible benefit or so many grains and good things in it. I am so grateful to you for bringing this onto the market. We are vegetarians and I have had to work very hard to convert my recipes to gluten free but I succeeded eventually and the only thing lacking was a nice bread. Now I have found it and I just want to thank you sincerely. It has made my diet so much easier and I will be telling all my friends about you. I will be buying in bulk from now one when these packets I have are all gone.
