We are sharing some bread machine recipes of our YYC baking mixes that we've tried! It wasn't really hard to use bread machine and taste was pretty much the same using the ovens.
So this is our recipes for using bread machine!
[YYC Gluten Free White Bread]
Great when made in the bread machine in gluten free setting, dark crust mode. Add just one teaspoon vinegar and one teaspoon honey and it tastes delicious! This one was baked this morning! Nothing like waking up with the smell of freshly baked bread in the kitchen!
[YYC Multi Grain Bread]
Add first 270g water, 2 eggs, one teaspoon white vinegar, one teaspoon honey and the YYC multi grain dry mix. I programmed to Gluten Free mode and chose dark crust. After 52 minutes I got this beautiful crusty bread! I waited for at least 30 minutes before slicing it to make sure it was at room temperature. From now on will only use the bread machine!!!!
