Apple & Cinnamon Muffin Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • ​YesYouCan Apple and Cinnamon Muffin Mix

  • 2 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer

  • 160ml water

  • 80g melted margarine or unsalted butter

  • 1x12 muffin tray


DIRECTION

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C conventional or 160C fan-forced oven and grease bread tin or line with baking paper

  2. Combine eggs, water, melted margarine or butter, and bread mix in a mixing bowl

  3. Fold mixture by hand with a wooden spoon until a uniform batter is formed

  4. Pour batter into muffin tray evenly

  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes

  6. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy
