Banana Bread Recipe



INGREDIENTS

  • 80g melted margarine

  • 3 medium eggs

  • YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix

  • Sliced banana and cinnamon sugar for toppings


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 160oC (fan forced) or 180oC (conventional).

  2. Grease 22x10cm tin or spray with vegetable oil.

  3. Place 170ml(3/4 cup) of water, 80g of melted margarine and 3 eggs into a small mixing bowl then add YesYouCan Banana Bread mix.

  4. Fold by hand until batter is uniform.

  5. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  6. Pour batter into greased tin and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes.

  7. Remove bread from oven and leave it to cool before slicing.
