Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
4 tablespoons almond butter
4 tablespoons YesYouCan Cacao & Macadamia Vegan Protein Mix
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 level tbsp Rum or Rum Essence
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients for 10 seconds on low speed in a mixer
Roll in small balls and roll in spare coconut
Put in fridge for minimum of 1/2 an hour before enjoying
Can be frozen to last longer
