Chocolate, Almond and Fruit Christmas Pudding Recipe



INGREDIENTS

  • YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix

  • 150ml water

  • 3 eggs or Vegan Egg Replacer

  • 100g margarine

  • 150g dried fruit pack

  • 100g diced almonds

  • 30ml rum

  • toppings: cherries and desiccated

  • coconut


DIRECTION

  1. Pre-heat oven at 160oC (fan forced) or 180oC (conventional).

  2. Grease a round cake tin.

  3. In a mixing bowl, add: 150ml water, 3 eggs, 100g margarine, 150g dried fruit (raisins, currants, sultanas), 100g diced almonds and 30ml Rum to the full pack of YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake mix including the chocolate buttons.

  4. Mix well and bake for approximately 35 minutes.

  5. Delicious with coconut and cherries on the top!
