Flat Bread Recipe



INGREDIENTS

  • YesYouCan Pizza & Focaccia Bread Mix

  • 100ml water

  • 50ml vegetable oil

  • 2 medium eggs

  • toppings


DIRECTION

  1. Mix 1 box of YesYouCan Pizza and Focaccia Bread Mix, 100 mL water, 50 mL vegetable oil, and 2 eggs by hand eventually forming a large ball.

  2. Using a round pizza tray, flatten the dough ball until it spreads equally to cover the tray.

  3. Press your fingers smoothly on the mix to shape it.

  4. Sprinkle your chosen toppings on top. Try: olive oil, roasted garlic, dry chili, seas salt, and basil leaves.

  5. Place it in the oven at 210oC for 15 minutes or until golden brown
