Gluten Free Cranberry Cheese Bun Recipe



INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 YesYouCan Savoury Snack Mix

  • 80g cream cheese

  • 20g sugar powder

  • cranberry, hand chopped

  • 1 medium egg or vegan egg replacer

  • 60ml water


DIRECTION

  1. Mix 80g of cream cheese, 20g of sugar powder and chopped cranberry by hand.

  2. Pour 1/2 YesYouCan Savoury Snack Mix into a separate bowl. Add an egg and 60ml water.

  3. Mix together until combined and divide dough into 4 equal parts.

  4. Mould dough and press down. Add cream cheese into balls.

  5. Wrap balls and press lightly.

  6. Place dough on a frying pan, close the lid.

  7. Cook over at a low heat for 5 minutes both side and repeat 2-3 mins more.
