Gluten Free Fruit Loaf



INGREDIENTS

  • YesYouCan Multi Grain Bread Mix

  • 2 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer

  • 270ml water

  • 200g dried fruit


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced) or 200C (conventional)

  2. Combine eggs, water and YesYouCan Multi Grain Bread Mix

  3. Using an electric mixer, mix for 2 minutes

  4. Add 200g dried fruit to multi grain bread batter

  5. Pour batter into bread tin and cover with foil

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes

  7. Carefully remove foil and bake for further 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

  8. Remove from oven and leave bread to cool completely before slicing.
