Gluten Free Pancake Recipe


Recipe for buttermilk pancake, blueberry pancake, buckwheat pancake, chocolate chip pancake, and ancient grain pancake.


INGREDIENTS

  • ​YesYouCan Pancake Mix in bottle

  • 300ml water


DIRECTION

  1. Shake bottle to loosen dry mix

  2. Take off lid but don't discard

  3. Add 300ml water or fill bottle with water to indicated on bottle and shake for further 1 minute.

  4. Turn bottle upside down and shake well for 1 minute. Gently remove lid to release pressure. Replace and shake for further 1 minute.

  5. Preheat frypan and grease well.

  6. Pour batter into frypan and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over to cook the other side. Remove from pan.

  7. Makes 12x8cm pancakes.
