Gluten Free Pizza Recipe



INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups YesYouCan Plain Flour

  • 11⁄4 (315ml) cups water

  • 1⁄4 cup oil (your choice)

  • 1 sachet (7g) dry yeast


DIRECTION

  1. 1. In a large bowl combine the yeast, water and oil and give it a good mix by hand.

  2. Add YesYouCan Plain Flour and continue mixing, until elastic dough is formed.

  3. Cut to required size

  4. Allow mixture to rest (prove) for 20-30 min.

  5. Divide the dough into 2 balls with oiled fingers and stretch one ball to form a pizza base onto the pan.

  6. Add gluten free pizza sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese, sliced black olives, hot salami, pepperoni, onions, and bacons. (You can change toppings as you want.)

  7. Place pizza in the oven for 15-20 mins.

  8. Remove pizza from the oven and slice it.
