INGREDIENTS
YesYouCan Raspberry & Coconut Bread Mix
3 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
150ml water
70g dairy free melted margarine
1 bread tin
fresh raspberries
shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional)
Combine eggs, water, melted margarine and bread mix in a bowl
Fold mixture by hand until a uniform batter is formed
Chop 1 cup fresh raspberries and add to bread batter
Pour batter in oiled bread tin
Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown
Cool on a wire rack
Top with shredded coconut
Slice and enjoy!
