INGREDIENTS
YesYouCan Raspberry & Coconut Bread Mix
3 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
150ml water
70g melted margarine or unsalted butter
1 bread tin 250x100x99 mm
DIRECTION
Pre-heat oven to 180C conventional or 160C fan-forced oven and grease bread tin or line with baking paper
Combine eggs, water, melted margarine or butter, and bread mix in a mixing bowl
Fold mixture by hand until a uniform batter is formed
Pour batter into bread tin evenly
Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy
Serve with fresh ricotta and honey
