INGREDIENTS
1 cup YesYouCan Plain Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 scoop YesYouCan Vanilla Toffee Vegan Protein Shake Mix
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cacao butter, melted
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTION
Preheat your oven to 190 degrees celsius.
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients - milk, apple cider vinegar, cacao butter, coconut oil and leave the chocolate chips last. Once you have mixed everything together to form a thick mixture, fold in the choc chips.
Transfer mix to a square lined baking dish and smooth is over with a spoon.
Bake for about 20 to 25 mins until a toothpick or skewer comes out clean. Cool and then cut into desired pieces.
